At Engenno, we proudly stand behind our work. If you choose one of our eligible certification packages, we guarantee you will achieve certification, or we’ll refund your consulting fees. Here’s how it works:

What’s Covered:

This guarantee applies to full-service consulting packages for:

• ASA-100 Certification
• FAA Part 145 Certification
• ISO 9001 / AS9120 Certification

Your Commitment:

To qualify for the guarantee, you agree to:

1. Provide all requested documentation in a timely manner.
2. Follow Engenno’s instructions and implementation plan in full.
3. Allow our team access to review internal processes and conduct pre-audit assessments.
4. Use only approved templates, tools, and systems provided or recommended by Engenno.

Timelines & Delays:

Certification timelines depend partly on external bodies (e.g., FAA, ASA). We guarantee:

• A complete and audit-ready quality system within the agreed timeframe.
• Full support during the audit and resolution of any findings within scope.

However, delays caused by external audit schedules, client-side staffing issues, or failure to meet agreed deadlines may void the guarantee.

Exclusions:

This guarantee does not apply if:

• The client fails to respond or provide materials after 14 calendar days of request.
• The client changes project scope or terminates early.
• Regulatory bodies impose unforeseen conditions unrelated to documentation or systems prepared by Engenno.
• The client selects partial, hourly, or “documentation-only” support packages.

Refund Process:

If the client meets all conditions and fails to receive certification solely due to a failure in Engenno’s deliverables, a 100% refund of consulting fees (excluding third-party fees, government fees, or travel expenses) will be issued within 30 days of final written certification denial.
